Depending on your location we can provide dockside pick up for an additional fee. Please call to schedule a dockside pick up.  

What are your cancellation and inclement weather policies for bookings? 
Tours will run in light rain. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at anytime due to weather, safety, or mechanical issues. If your tour is canceled, you can either receive a refund or rain check to rebook at another time. Don’t be too disappointed if your tour departs in less than ideal weather conditions. Our tours taken in light rain often experience the best wildlife and dolphin shows.
 
Customers must cancel at least 72 hours before their scheduled tour time to receive a full refund.  Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Are children allowed? 
Yes! Children under the age of 6 are required to wear a life jacket. We supply life jackets for children or you can bring your own as long as it meets the USCG requirements for PFDS. 
 
Are dogs allowed? 
Yes! Well mannered pups are allowed on the Tiny Tiki. We don't want your furry friends to miss out on the fun!

What should we bring with us?
We suggest bringing water, sunglasses, sunscreen, and beach towels. You are welcome to bring snacks & beverages, including alcohol! Drinking is allowed for passengers 21+. We provide a cooler, ice, & water.

Will I get wet on the tour?
Unless it is raining, you're not likely to get wet on the tour. 
 
How smooth is the ride? Am I likely to get seasick?
We stay in calm waters on the bay side. You're not likely to get seasick, unless you are easily prone to seasickness.
 
Is gratuity included in the price of the tour?
Gratuity for your crew is not included in the tour price. If you have a great time & wish to recognize your crew for a job well done, you are welcome to give a gratuity. All gratuities are shared and appreciated. 
 
Life Jackets?
Per Coast Guard regulations, all tours have life jackets for every guest on board. This includes life jackets for both adults and children. According the FL boating law, children under the age of 6 are required to wear life jackets at all times while aboard the boat. The boat is equipped with all mandatory safety equipment per USCG regulations. 

Can I play my own music onboard?
Yes, we have a bluetooth sound system for you to connect and play your tunes!
 
Who is my Captain?
Captain Kate! She holds a USCG Captains license for over 5 years. Kate grew up boating in New Jersey and Florida and she has a passion for being on the water.
